KST Drip Coffee Filling Machine-How capsule coffee is made
When making capsules, the coffee beans are specially processed and ground into coffee powder, sealed in the aluminum capsules, exquisite capsules, and non-toxic inert gases (such as nitrogen) are injected to extend the shelf life and sterilize again.
Gee, that sounds a lot like potato chips! No wonder the shelf life can be as long as a year.
The working principle of the traditional Italian machine is to use pressure to extract coffee with extremely high concentration. Capsule machines, in fact, are no exception.
In fact, looking at so many models, the function is similar, roughly composed of the following components:
Inside capsule coffee:
Pressure pump: produces 9~12 atmospheric pressure, quickly extract the flavor of coffee
Heating element: Most capsule machines use a Thermo-block to heat hot water in order to reduce the size, and the temperature may fluctuate up and down by 4 to 5 degrees
Outside of capsule coffee:
Electronic control board: control water, control temperature
Brewing area: Hot water is evenly injected into the capsule, and there is space to store the used capsule after the extraction is completed
Milk foam to kill: capsule machine with this function, usually more expensive, the machine will be slightly larger. The milk foam produced will not be too dense, and the temperature of the milk will not be controlled.
The capsule is hard and maintains its prototype at high temperatures. The working principle of the capsule machine is to inject high-pressure and high-temperature water vapor into the capsule, so that the coffee can extract strong espresso with crema under the action of pressure, which retains the flavor and aroma of the coffee itself to a large extent.
Why do we drink capsule coffee?
There are four elements to get a good cup of coffee: water temperature, water volume, ground thickness of coffee powder, and freshness of coffee powder.
The birth of capsule coffee solved the above problem once and for all. One-touch service, superfast startup, superfast heating, and not hard to drink!
So, besides convenience, save worry, there are other reasons?
Capsule coffee is probably one of the most consistent coffees. In the product design, the capsule machine is set a fixed water temperature and water output, the production of the capsule itself also follows the flow and standardization.
In addition to coffee, many capsule machines can also drink tea and other beverages, which is a boon for lazy people.
And… It looks high level, looking at the tide! Does not take up space, even if does not need to put in the home as a decoration also very good…
Finally, the price is good. While the capsules are expensive (around $0.75 each), the machine itself is still much cheaper than a fully automatic coffee machine.
