KST-183 High Speed Drip Bag Coffee Packaging Machine is suitable for one-time packaging of inner and outer bags of small particles such as hanging ear coffee, hanging ear tea, and bagged coffee.Hanging ear coffee is also called: ear hanging coffee, brewed coffee, filter coffee, drip coffee, etc.
Features：
◆ The main control system is a 5U high-speed computing PLC imported from Japan and jointly developed and written by the programmers of Mitsubishi PLC in Japan. The system has a built-in Ethernet interface and a 4-axis 200kHz high-speed positioning function that is 150 times higher than the ordinary PLC in the market.
◆It can realize the synchronous and coordinated operation of the inner membrane hanging ear and the outer membrane material so as to realize the high-speed, safe and stable operation of the hanging earphone.
◆ The inner bag adopts high-power ultrasonic waves to enhance the inner bag lugs, and the sealing strength of the inner bag bag is 1.5 times higher than other products in the market after testing. The measured tensile force is ≥4N.
◆The outer bag adopts a reciprocating film-drawing structure with a servo motor combined with a color sensor. Compared with a wheel-type film-drawing bag, it has stable length, accurate positioning, and beautiful bag shape, and can better ensure the stability of equipment operation.
◆ The Japanese Fuji PID temperature controller is used to control the temperature more accurately, to ensure that different films correspond to different temperatures, and to achieve the aesthetics of the outer film packaging.
