What should I do if the hanging ear coffee is too weak?

Compared with pour-over coffee, hanging ear coffee will appear a bit weak in taste, why?

  • Non-freshly ground
    Hand-brewed coffee can use freshly ground and brewed raw beans. Freshly ground and brewed coffee often has a richer aroma and flavor than pre-ground coffee powder.
